Kerr Parents/Guardians, 

Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! To support your student(s) in distance learning, we will be distributing school supplies, workbooks, and Chromebooks next week.

Distribution will take place: 

Monday, August 31^st 8:30-11 and 1-3,  

Tuesday, September 1 8:30-11 and 5pm-7pm,  

Wednesday, September 2^nd 8:30-11 and 1-3.  

We ask that parents of 1st - 6^th Grade students come through the car line to pick up their child’s supplies. Only PreK and Kindergarten parents and their student should enter the building during these times. All other parents are asked to remain in your car, and we will bring supplies out to you quickly. Pre-K and Kindergarten Parents, 

In order to get to know your child, the PreK and Kindergarten teachers will be scheduling appointments for you to bring your student in to meet their teacher, pick up their school materials and Chromebook, and do some quick assessments. These appointments will take place August 31- September 2. You will soon receive a text and email invitation to join the ClassTag app for your child’s teacher. Please create this account in ClassTag and then use the app to schedule a time to bring your student in for their appointment. It is essential that all PreK and Kindergarten students attend their scheduled appointment or create an alternate plan with the teacher to be successful in Distance Learning. The entire Kerr team is excited to start this unprecedented year. Padres / Tutores de Kerr, 

¡Bienvenidos al año escolar 2020-2021! Para apoyar a su(s) estudiante(s) en el aprendizaje a distancia, estaremos distribuyendo útiles escolares, libros de trabajo y Chromebooks la próxima semana. 

La distribución se llevará a partir:

Lunes, 31 de agosto de 8: 30 a 11am y 1 a 3pm, 

Martes, 1 de septiembre de 8: 30 a 11am y 5pm a 7pm,

Les pedimos a los padres de los estudiantes de 1º a 6º grado que pasen por la fila del automóvil para recoger los útiles de sus estudiantes. Solo los padres de Pre-K y de Kinder y sus estudiantes deben ingresar al edificio durante estos horarios. Se les pide a todos los demás padres que permanezcan en su automóvil, y les llevaremos los suministros rápidamente. Padres de Pre-K y de Kinder, 

Para conocer a su estudiante, los maestros de Pre-K y de Kinder programarán citas para que usted traiga a su eatudiantes a conocer a su maestro, recoger sus materiales escolares y Chromebook, y hacer algunas evaluaciones rápidas. Estas citas se llevarán a partir del 31 de agosto al 2 de septiembre. Pronto recibirá un mensaje de texto y una invitación por correo electrónico para unirse a la aplicación ClassTag para el maestro de su estudiante. Crear esta cuenta en ClassTag y luego use la aplicación para programar una hora para traer a su estudiante a su cita. Es esencial que todos los estudiantes de Pre-K y de Kinder asistan a su cita programada o creen un plan alternativo con el maestro para tener éxito en el aprendizaje a distancia. Todo el equipo de Kerr está emocionado de comenzar este año sin precedentes.
